Zoila Andrade
Zoila Andrade is our remarkably self-motivated, people-focused human resources assistant. Originally from Guatemala and therefore being bilingual in both English and Spanish, Zoila values her role between the people and business part of the company, serving as an advocate for employees. She has over four years of experience in administration and human resources and performs as an indispensable member of the RhibaCom family.
Zoila has notably high expectations for herself and others when it comes to work. She believes that positive attitude and aspiration contribute to her professional success. She believes in always being inviting of challenges to learn from and always putting in a full effort to contribute to the company’s success. She describes herself as an avid goal setter and relishes in achieving those goals whether it be the completion of a project or succeeding in another day of employee satisfaction. Her thirst for knowledge and acquisition of skills to serve her in the business world function as a constant motivation. She believes in working to learn as much as you can to better serve your own professional goals while contributing to company growth and success.
