Ron Morris
A Kansas native, Ron has the distinction of being Rhibacom’s first employee. Originally basing all of his operations out of the back of a Cadillac El Dorado, he now occupies a whole room in which he conducts all construction operations. Ron is the type of person who loves a challenge and gets a thrill out of strategizing his way out of what some people will say are impossible work loads. He is able to deify the odds time and again with his excellent administration of his specialized teams of technicians. He says he owes all the success to having the best crews in the field.
On his off time Ron likes to enjoy the Arizona weather and scenery on this Harley, and doing projects around his house. He is serious about his job but also believes that it is important to have fun and make people laugh, even if the laugh is at his expense. Ron recently accomplished the amazing feat of quitting cigarettes after 36 years of smoking!
Ron is a life-time employee and true believer in Rhibacom’s unending success and he credits it to the great leadership. To him there is no better place to be than Rhibacom and does anything and everything within his power to make the company a success.
