Ramon “Ray” Gomez
Ramon “Ray” Gomez is our city supervisor in the Phoenix area. He has an Associate of Science degree in computer science with certifications in wide and local area networking (WAN/LAN) and Microsoft applications. He also has residential and commercial SBCA and MFH-1 certifications. Ray is bilingual in Spanish and English as well. With over four years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Ray’s energetic approach to work and drive for quality make him an incredible asset to RhibaCom.
Ray’s work perspective can best be summed up by his personal motto: “There is no such thing as a problem, only a solution.” He expects of his technicians what he expects of himself: to work to make the company stronger and more successful through solid work ethics, honesty, dependability, and committing full effort to each and every job. Ray believes that being quality driven and providing the best services you can are the keys to success for both the individual and the company.
Ray chose to work in the telecommunications field because he enjoys the dynamic work environment that requires him to keep moving and thinking while continually meeting and interacting with different people. Because he is welcoming of new experiences and seeks out new knowledge in the field with the ever-changing technology, he views work as fun and tries to impart this attitude upon his technicians. He actively strives to create a work environment that is welcoming, friendly, open-minded, and fun. Ray views the team as a high motivational factor. By creating a work environment where the team is enthusiastic and quality driven, he believes that you can learn a lot and become very successful at your job while enjoying it.
Ray has chosen RhibaCom because he believes it is a company that takes care of its employees. He also sees excellent opportunities for growth in the company where he can contribute greatly to the company’s progression and continue to share knowledge with other employees.
