Paul Nugent
Paul Nugent is our city manager of Colorado Broadband. Originally from California, Paul has SBCA and MFH-1 certifications and over ten years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He entered the business as a customer service representative and continued to gain knowledge by seeking out and learning other aspects of telecommunications, leading him to his current position with RhibaCom where he oversees operations at our Colorado site. Paul has been with RhibaCom for three years now and serves as an imperative member of the RhibaCom family.
Paul typifies the RhibaCom spirit through his dedication and genuine commitment to his work. Influenced heavily by his father, he strives to do the best that he can each day to provide quality services to customers and assure the satisfaction of employees. He invites the challenges that each day presents as opportunities for growth and excellence. He holds himself to notably high expectations which he holds for his employees as well. He is an avid proponent of quality work, reliability, responsibility, honesty, and an overall strong work ethic. He holds these expectations while also maintaining a more laid back work environment where he and his employees enjoy coming to work, do their work well, and leave work each day smiling. It is through Paul’s dedication, motivation, and high expectations of himself and employees that make him exemplify what it means to work at RhibaCom.
Paul has chosen to work with RhibaCom because he appreciates how the company does business and treats its employees. He has also seen the company grow over twice in size since he started three years ago, allowing his own professional goals to coincide with the movement of the company. He hopes to continue to grow Colorado Broadband and increase his contributions to RhibaCom’s growth as a whole. He describes his role in the company as “I’m here to help anybody in any situation.” Paul provides a commendable example of what it means to be a RhibaCom employee through his dedicated outlook on work, setting high expectations for himself and others, and continually striving for excellence to ensure personal and company growth.
