Manuel “Manny” Moreno
Manuel “Manny” Moreno is our quality-driven general manager. He oversees all of RhibaCom’s broadband companies while striving to enhance productivity and quality control. He has a BAS degree in electronics, has served in the Air Force, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. During his time in the Air Force, at school, and working for Motorola, he gained experience as an electronics technician while acquiring extensive knowledge in the cable industry ranging from Cable Television to DirecTV to telephone services. He has worked his way up from a service technician to lead technician, city manager, and now general manager. He has enjoyed this line of work since he started as an installer and has chosen RhibaCom because he appreciates how well the company treats its employees. Manny’s vast experience and knowledge in the field of telecommunications make him an incredible asset to RhibaCom.
Manny deeply believes in quality which is seen through his approach to work and the way he manages employees. He believes that no matter who you work for, you must do as much as you can for the company; the company’s success directly impacts your own success. Manny expects the same of his employees as he does of himself: continual learning, loyalty to a company, a high work ethic, quality, and respect. He creates a work environment that encompasses these qualities while also maintaining the need to have fun. He believes that enjoying your job while being dedicated to it leads to personal and professional success.
Manny’s main goal at RhibaCom is to provide the highest quality services available while striving to make the company more visible in the telecommunications industry.
