Kristin Busha
Kristin Busha is our motivated, highly organized accounting assistant. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Arizona State University and over two years of accounting experience, Kristin provides RhibaCom with dedicated organization and highly tuned attention to detail for finances in our accounting department. Her continual goal of doing the best job possible makes her an exceptional facet of our company.
Kristin views work as a source of motivation and self-confidence. She strives for the sense of accomplishment that comes with doing the best job you can and advancing in your abilities. She places a high priority on customer service and believes that by truly listening and trying to understand others, you can make a positive impact on someone, whether it is a customer, employee, or co-worker. Her ability to empathize with others permits her to offer several perspectives that significantly aides in the people part of this business. This focus on people along with her incredible organizational skills and ability to attend to detail make Kristin an invaluable asset in the accounting department at RhibaCom.
