John Morrelli
John Morrelli, our construction supervisor for Colorado Broadband, started his journey in the construct business as a teenager working with and for his father’s remodeling business. A native of Colorado, John brings over ten years of knowledge and experience in the field of construction to support projects throughout the Denver area. He has SCBA certification and has been with RhibaCom for two years. Striving for that sense of accomplishment that results from a hard day’s work, John serves as an important member of the construction family at RhibaCom.
John’s fun and goal-driven attitude towards work makes him an exemplary supervisor. As construction supervisor, he monitors and manages projects and construction employees on a daily basis. He also directs training in construction, ensuring that his team members are fully equipped with knowledge and skills for the multitude of tasks they encounter each day. John strives to be the most motivated and effective leader he can be by leading by example. He believes that work should be challenging yet fun as that leads to excitement and never results in boredom. He continually encourages his crew to provide the highest quality of work possible emphasizing “a job is never done unless it’s done right.” As for himself, he expects his crew members to be ready for and embrace challenges with a self-starter attitude while staying positive. John’s emphasis on providing complete quality work while learning and having fun always lead to an exciting work day.
John was inspired to partake in this line of work from a very young age because of the dynamicism of the construction business. He is motivated by challenges and loves that there is never a dull moment on the job. This combined with the knowledge that he is providing something good for somebody permits him to love what he does which is reflected in his everyday conduct as a RhibaCom construction supervisor. He has chosen RhibaCom because he appreciates the small business approach where there is notable attention to employees, their concerns, and their professional growth. He believes that by working for a company like RhibaCom that offers support and encouragement for growth, he will succeed in achieving his goals in the construction business while continually enjoying going to work each day.
